Tung Nguyen-Khac - CEO
Tung has been CEO of Spil Games since 2015. He has vast experience as a leader in gaming, media and financial organizations, with a track record in turning around companies, but also expanding digital businesses through organic growth and acquisition.
He reshaped Spil Games to become a mobile-first company by growing its mobile user base organically from 30m to 200m installs.
He introduced a Free2Play business model, focusing on game IP. In 2017, the company’s line up will include high-quality mobile versions of successful games such as Operate Now and Creatures, and Hollywood partnerships including Valerian and Jerry Maguire.
Prior to joining Spil, Tung was CEO of ProSiebenSat.1 Games and previously worked at Unicredit, Bertelsmann Media Group, AOL Time Warner and Bigpoint.
Tung holds a Masters in Political Science from the University of Munich.
Franz Stradal - VP Content
As a VP of content, Franz Stradal is responsible for guarding and shaping Spil Games’ portfolio. He leads our internal product development teams and works closely with our external production partners. As a true industry veteran, Franz brings with him endless knowledge and countless anecdotes about all things gaming.
Franz hails from ProSieben Sat1. Games and Aeria games where he oversaw the development of titles like Sacred and Rise Of Europe.
Victor Horbach – VP Business Development
Victor spearheads our corporate development activities. In this role, he is responsible for identifying and pursuing strategic partnership opportunities. During his 8-year tenure at Spil Games he has forged countless successful deals that have helped put Spil Games where it is today.
Prior to joining Spil, Victor has held roles at Philips, Dell, Hachette Filipacchi and Quote Media.
Rick Adamus – Head of Marketing
Rick Adamus runs a team of ASO, User Acquisition, Design, Social Media and PR specialists and oversees strategic development and delivery of all Marcom deliverables.
Rick has previously worked in regional and global roles at global network agencies such as Ogilvy, Tribal DDB and AD-K before becoming an independent consultant. He has extensive experience in developing integrated marketing campaigns for brands such as AmEx, Mitsubishi Motors, Philips, NewsCorp, Generali, Nestle, Unilever and others.
Juuso Alho – Director of Advertising
Juuso is responsible for all our advertising inventory and leads a team that delivers over 4 billion ad impressions, every month. He’s also a valued member of the IAB Netherlands Mobile Advertising Task Force.
Juuso has previously held roles at Nokia and Comptel.
Jan-Michel Saaksmeier – Director of Licensing
Jan-Michel runs our team of Game Freaks and is constantly looking for new content to add to the Spil Games portfolio. Completely mad about games himself, he signs deals with developers from around the world and works with them to maximize the impact of their games when they are launched.
Jan-Michel hails from Bigpoint Games where he was the head of publishing and worked on hit titles such as ZooMumba and Farmerama.
Christian Godorr – Director of Live Operations
Christian is a veteran expert at game design, game balancing and virtual economy. In his role as Director of Live Operations, he is responsible for maximizing each game’s impact, longevity and revenue. Together with his team of specialists, he is constantly looking ways to further develop games so as to achieve this objective.
Prior to joining Spil, Christian has held senior roles at Ubisoft, Bigpoint, Bertelsmann and RTL and was involved in the development of major game titles such as Ghostrecon online and DarkOrbit.
