ACCOUNT MANAGER DIRECT SALES
Your responsibilities:
The Account Manager Direct Sales is responsible for expanding the advertisement income by entering into new contracts and building new relationships with several (mostly European) media bureaus. In this position, you must be able to place SPIL GAMES in the market in such a way as to attract the best deals from the media bureaus. In the beginning, you will be focusing mainly on the Dutch market and will then slowly expand to the German, French, and English markets. You will proactively search for the most interesting deals with big advertisers. You work hard to reach your targets and constantly search for new commercial opportunities and possibilities. You must stay up to date with developments in the advertising market. Your other responsibilities in this position include:
- Contacting existing and potential international media bureaus;
- Determining the most successful way to contact these media bureaus and implementing this process as a policy;
- Landing the best campaigns from advertisers, and selling space for branded games;
- Extending your existing network.
Your profile:
- Bachelor thinking and working level
- At least 3 years experience as an account manager
- Has an existing network within the world of online media
- International working experience is a plus
- Result-oriented, and thinks and acts about solutions rather than problems
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Flexible, handles stress well, takes initiative, and is persuasive
- Good knowledge of the Dutch and English languages, both written and spoken
