Spil’s business model is based on online advertising and micro-transactions, making our Commercial teams around the globe key to our business. Our Sales staff often reaches out directly to large advertisers, but also needs to know how to handle sales through intermediary sales houses. And our Commercial team wouldn’t be complete without traffickers to support and monitor the work and results of the sales managers.
Wearing many hats, the Marketing Department drives the look and feel of our product portfolio, creating an optimal user experience on our gaming platforms, and ensuring that users can find our sites and remain loyal to us. The department is also responsible for brand strategy, internal and external communication, and trade marketing.
You’ll find the Technology team working behind the scenes on all of the difficult bits and bytes; they’re the secret ingredient that makes Spil’s magic come to life! This team strives for scalability, reliability, and availability, ensuring that our various gaming experiences are always available wherever our players may be.
Game Development Team
In addition to hunting down and licensing games from developers from around the world, this team (spanning three game-development studios) is responsible for designing, developing, managing, and testing our own award-winning Flash and HTML5 games.
