What is your role at the moment?
Currently, I am the International Account Manager responsible for our sales activities in the US. However, I started my career at SPIL GAMES as a PR Executive.

What do you enjoy about working at SPIL GAMES?
I enjoy working at SPIL Games a lot because there are a lot of opportunities here that are yours to seize. You are encouraged to make use of your full potential and you can create your own chances.

What was your motivation to come to work here?
I like playing games'is there a better motivation?? But seriously, during my interview, SPIL drew me a picture of the future. I thought, "Wow, if they can realize half of all this, that is something I would like to be a part of."And I have to say, they exceeded the expectations. We are now the world's number 1!

Could you describe the company culture?
The culture is very informal. When I started working here, we had 15 people; now we have 200, globally. Obviously, things have changed over the years, but I think the overall attitude is still: work hard, play hard. Plus, there is always time for a laugh.
