PROGRAM MANAGER GAMING COMMUNITIES
Tasks and Responsibilities:

As the Program Manager of SPIL GAMES' Gaming Communities, you will be a part of the Business Development Team and report to the Senior Business Development Manager. You will mainly be responsible for defining, developing, and launching new products and services for our existing portals and our new business activities. Other tasks and responsibilities will include:
  • Determining a CRM strategy to build an international database of user data;
  • Stimulating direct relationships with our users through database marketing;
  • Finding ways to increase the loyalty of existing users;
  • Linking our users and platforms through social networking sites;
  • Developing a social strategy for our sites and developing and implementing social features to increase social interaction in our games and on our portals;
  • Choosing which advertisements are displayed based on user profiles;
  • Introducing new business models;
  • Cooperating with teams in multiple disciplines (Portals, Game Development, IT, etc.) in order to implement strategy.


Your profile:
  • A Master's degree in Marketing and/or Business
  • Minimum 5 years experience in eCommerce and/or an online environment
  • Minimum 5 years experience in project management, focused on launching new (online) products
  • Several years experience in creating commercial partnerships
  • Experience in database or email marketing in an international B2C environment
  • At home in the online gaming market as well as on social networking sites
  • Able to guide complex projects in a dynamic work environment
  • Flexible, goal oriented, and familiar with stakeholder management
  • Solid oral and written communication skills in Dutch and English
