RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT ANALYST
Tasks and Responsibilities:

As Research & Development Analyst, you will be the bridge between marketing and technology. Furthermore, you will be responsible for the integration of content and content platforms on the game portals, working in close collaboration with a team of developers. You will take responsibility for improving the user experience on our portals, and you will analyze the effectiveness of these improvements and provide reports on this on a regular basis. In short, you will be a jack of all trades. In addition, you will:

  • Think of improvements and new features in cooperation with the Channel Manager and translate these into a tangible product;
  • Analyze each project, determining priorities and writing project proposals;
  • Monitor and optimize the user friendliness and user experience on our game portals;
  • Ensure good implementation of game content and content from external partners on our game portals;
  • Analyze user behavior on our portals and, based on that, make reports and suggestions for improvement in order to further improve the effectiveness and services of our game portals.

Your profile:
  • Minimum Bachelor’s thinking and working level;
  • Minimum 2 years work experience in online media (internet) and up-to-date knowledge of upcoming trends in web applications and internet use
  • Experience with design tools, MS Office applications, and familiarity with the possibilities and limitations of HTML and CSS applications
  • Knowledge of interaction design and a grasp of user experience
  • Affinity with online games
  • A results-oriented, persuasive planner with analytic capabilities
  • Good English and Dutch speaking and writing
