SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER, GERMANY
Tasks and Responsibilities:
As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for expanding the advertising income of our new German sales office in Hamburg by entering into new contracts and building new relationships with several (mostly European) media bureaus. You need to position SPIL GAMES in the market in such a way that these bureaus will want to make their biggest deals with us. You will be focusing mainly on the German market, and your responsibilities will include all the German gaming portals:
www.jetzspielen.de,
www.spielen.com, and
www.girlsgogames.de. You will proactively seek out the most interesting deals with big advertisers. You must work hard to reach your targets and should be constantly searching for new commercial opportunities and possibilities. You should be up to date with the developments in the advertising market. Your responsibilities will also include:
- Contacting existing and potential international media bureaus;
- Implementing a policy laying out the most successful way to contact these media bureaus;
- Getting the best campaigns from advertisers, for selling space as well as for branded games;
- Extending the existing network.
Your profile:
- Bachelor-level thinking and working;
- At least 5 years experience as an account manager;
- Has a network within the world of online media bureaus;
- International work experience is considered a plus;
- Results-oriented, thinking and acting in solutions rather than problems;
- Good communication and negotiation skills;
- Flexible, can handle stress, take initiative, and are persuasive;
- Entrepreneurial spirit;
