SENIOR CORPORATE RECRUITER
Tasks and Responsibilities:

The HR Department, which currently consists of an HR Director and HR Manager, plays an important and strategic role within SPIL GAMES. The department's most important tasks are to employ people, develop their resources, and maintain their services in order to expand our position as the world leader of online casual gaming. Which is why we are looking for a talented Corporate Recruiter to expand these functions. The tasks and responsibilities of this role will include:
  • Coordinating recruitment procedures for all job vacancies within SPIL GAMES;
  • Cooperating with the department managers in setting up and executing recruitment plans;
  • Effectively using existing and innovative forms of recruitment;
  • Managing the full job application process, from setting up job profiles to signing employment contracts;
  • Setting up and actively maintaining an external network of candidates and an internal applicant database, which will be your main reference point for all internal and external questions;
  • Creating and maintaining a network of recruitment agencies;
  • Keeping management up-to-date with your day-to-day affairs.


Your profile:
  • Bachelor's or Master's level education
  • 4-6 years recruiting experience, preferably experience in a high paced corporate environment
  • Excellent insight into business processes and the roles and performance of people therein
  • Solid oral and written communication skills
  • Able to work in a hectic environment with a rapidly expanding staff
  • (Pro-)active network builder and a good conversationalist on all levels
  • Goal oriented, motivating, stress resistant, a strong negotiator, vigilant, flexible, considerate, and service oriented with a strong sense of judgment
