Gaming Support Specialist – German native



Tasks and Responsibilities:

Do you love games? Do you spend much of your time on social media and online communities? Do you feel you can provide an excellent online support experience to our players? Are you above level 64 in Mahjong Crimes?  If so, we’d love to have you join our Support team!
Core tasks and responsibilities of this position include:
  • Answering game, payment and device-related webmails;
  • Assisting the translation processes & providing feedback on in-game translation quality;
  • Monitoring and replying to app reviews;
  • Aligning with internal and external partners and stakeholders to solve incidents;  
  • Collecting feedback and reporting bugs;
  • Proposing ideas to improve the gaming experience, based on players feedback;
  • (Technical) investigation of problems and solutions for them.

Your Profile:

  • Native German and fluent in English, both written and verbal;
  • Fluency in additional language, especially in Dutch or Russian would be a plus;
  • Love and enthusiasm for web and mobile games;
  • Previous customer support and/or forum-moderation experience, with focus on technical support;
  • Sense of reward in helping people, solving problems, and proactively using that experience to improve services;
  • Willingness to work outside office hours when requested (we run a weekend schedule)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows/MS Office;
  • Experience with Customer Care ticketing tools, ex. Zendesk
